NFL Quarterback Rankings - End of 2006/07
1)  Carson Palmer (Cin)
Has had one full year to recover from his surgery. He will have a career year next year because of Cincinnati's three proven receivers. Good running game to compliment the passing game.
2)  Peyton Manning (Ind)
31 td passes were most in the league. Has good receivers but Harrison is getting old which should decrease Peyton's production next year.
3)  Drew Brees (NO)
Smart quarterback with plenty of explosive young receivers. Passing yards leader with 4400 yds along with 26 tds.
4)  Tom Brady (NE)
Solid, consistent quarterback
5)  Matt Hasselbeck (Sea)
6)  Marc Bulger (Stl)
7)  Philip Rivers (SDG)
8)  Tony Romo (Dal)
